Delivery info

Zerolla products are packaged and shipped in eco-friendly cardboard boxes, filled up with shredded cardboard paper, which you can either recycle or repurpose.

FREE DELIVERY

UK: spend £15 or more and enjoy free delivery within the UK.
EU: free delivery when you spend £50 or more. All our parcels are send with a tracking number.

CUT-OFF

We pack orders up until 2pm, Monday to Friday. If your order is received before that, it will be dispatched the very same day. Otherwise, the following working day.

DELIVERY TIME

Orders in the UK and EU will be shipped by Royal Mail. We've chosen a Tracked 48 Hours service. So expect your parcel to arrive within 2 working days from dispatch notification.
