DELIVERY & RETURNS
You can make changes to - or cancel - your order up until 1PM (GMT). Once received, you can also return your order to us within 21 days. If your order has been damaged or lost in transit, we will ship your order again at no extra cost.
In some cases you may want to return your order. We allow a maximum of 21 days from dispatch date, for any order to be returned. Because of the nature of the products, any item that has been opened or used can no longer be returned. Your return address appears on your delivery note and it is Unit 4a, Hooklands Farm Barns, Lewes Road, Haywards Heath, RH17 7NG, UK.
As we receive your return, a full refund - including shipping - will be issued to your original payment method, as soon as the items are delivered back to us.
You will receive an email notifying you the refund has been processed. Then allow 1 to 3 working days for the transaction to be completed.
Zerolla products are packaged and shipped in eco-friendly cardboard boxes, filled up with shredded cardboard paper, which you can either recycle or repurpose.
£2.50 or Free when you spend £20. All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 48.
£5 or Free when you spend £50. All our parcels are send with tracking number.
We pack orders up until 2pm, Monday to Friday. If your order is received before that, it will be dispatched the very same day. Otherwise, the following working day.
Orders in the UK and EU will be shipped by Royal Mail. We've chosen a Tracked 48 Hours service. So expect your parcel to arrive within 2 working days from dispatch notification.
